Who decides

You stay in charge.

It answers from what you gave it and hands the rest to a person. Every part of that is yours to change.

Your employee, your rules

A greeting you write

Hi, it’s Parkview Dental. Sorry we missed your call. How can we help?

One text greeting, kept short. Yours says whatever you want.

  • Your words, in one document

Your prices, policies and answers live in one document you own and can change any time.

  • As much or as little as you want

What it handles alone, what it checks with you first, what it never touches. Bolder or more careful, whenever you like.

  • Tested before it goes live

With your own calls and texts, until it sounds like you.

  • Paused when you say

Any time. The runbook says how.

  • One summary, every morning

Every call and text from the night before, in one message.

What it is worth

One missed call, in your numbers.

A call that reaches voicemail is a customer deciding whether to try someone else. A text back within seconds reaches them while they are still deciding, and the ones who book elsewhere tend to stay there.

Build and setup
From $1,500 per project
  • Tested with your own calls and texts before it goes live.
  • The first call, the visit and the written plan are free.
  • 60 days of free fixes after it goes live.

Add-ons, priced in the written plan

  • Phone answeringPicks up on your existing number and books from the same calendar. A switch you control sets when: every call, only the calls nobody answers, or none at all, and it can follow your hours.
  • SpanishEvery text, call and web reply in Spanish as well as English.
  • Staff accessYour team sees every conversation and can take one over from their own phone.
  • Every build price here is where a project starts: the base build its card describes. Add-ons are priced in the written plan, so the final figure moves with what you choose.
  • The texting number, messages, phone minutes and AI usage are billed to you at cost; we add nothing.
  • Two or more AI employees share one build and cost less together.

How it goes live

A call, a visit, a written plan. Then the build.

  1. A phone call

Twenty minutes with Ben, who builds the system: what rings, what gets typed twice.

  2. A visit

We come to your business and watch a normal day: the phone, the calendar, the forms.

  3. The written plan

Within a week of the visit: what to build first, what to leave alone, a fixed price for each. Free, and yours either way.

Say yes to the plan and we build it on your accounts and your number, tested with your own calls, texts and forms before anyone else hears it. At the handover your team is shown how it works and how to change it.

Questions

What owners ask about it.

Can it quote from our price sheet, or do I approve each quote?

Either, and you choose. Set it to quote straight from your price sheet, so a consult fee or a listed price goes out the moment someone asks. Or set it to hold every quote: it drafts the whole reply, price included, and nothing is sent until someone on your team presses Approve. Mix them, automatic for consult fees and approval for anything priced by the job, and change it whenever you like. A price not on your sheet is never invented; that one goes to a person.

Do callers know they are talking to an AI?

You choose. On the phone it can open as your virtual assistant, as the front desk, or with nothing but your business’s name; by text it speaks as your business. The greeting is a line in your document, so you can change it any time. Two things hold in every version: it never claims to be a person, and it says what it is the moment anyone asks.

Can we keep our number and the calendar we already use?

Yes. Your number stays, and so does your calendar. The texts and, with phone answering, the calls go through the number you have, your team replies from it, and the bookings are written into the calendar or booking system you already use. The written plan confirms the setup before anything is built and flags the rare number that cannot carry texts.

We already have someone at the front desk. Why would we need this?

For the calls the desk cannot take. A call nobody picks up, at lunch, after hours or on a busy morning, gets a text back from your number within seconds, and the booking lands in your calendar. With phone answering you set when it picks up instead: every call, only the calls nobody answers, or none at all, and it can follow your hours.

What happens when someone is angry, or it is an emergency?

It hands off. An emergency rings whoever is on call, with the thread; a complaint or a refund goes to a person with the whole thread. Your team replies from your number, never their own. The list of what it hands off is written with you and is yours to change.

We are a clinic. What about patient information?

Bookings, not charts. It books, cancels and answers “do you take my insurance” from the list of plans you give it; anything clinical goes to your staff. Before anything is built, the written plan names every service that will touch patient information and the agreement each one signs.

Can we try it before it replies to customers?

Yes. It is tested with your own calls, texts and web messages first, and everything about it is yours to set: the voice, its tone and pace, the greeting, the answers. Your team changes them until it sounds like you. Only then does it go live on your number.

What if we want to stop, or move it to someone else?

You keep everything. The number, the accounts and the calendar connection are in your name; your prices, policies and answers are one document; the runbook says how to pause it and who to call. Another developer gets the same three things. The support plan is optional and ends any month with 30 days’ notice.

A clear plan starts with a call.

Tell us what's slowing you down. We'll work out what to fix first.

  1. A short phone call

Tell us how your business runs day to day. From that alone, we can usually see what to take off your plate.

  2. A visit to your business

We come to you, watch how the work happens and see which tools you use.

  3. Your written plan and prices

A prioritized list of improvements, with a fixed price for each project. You keep the plan either way.
